  LZ365-USB Bar Code Laser Scanner USB Keyboard

The Worth Data® LZ365-USB bar code laser scanners attach to any USB port on a computer running Windows® or macOS. Scanned bar code data appears as though it has been typed in. Any program that can accept data from the keyboard will accept data from these bar code scanners. Just scan a bar code and the data will appear wherever your cursor is placed.

The LZ365 laser scanner is our top of the line high performance laser scanner; offering better improved optics, a higher powered laser beam, and double the scanning speed of our LZ165-USB resluting in both longer reading range and the ability to read poorly printed, damaged, and very high density bar codes with ease.

The LZ365-USB will operate as a USB keyboard on a PC running Windows or macOS. No special drivers or software are needed.

  LZ365-USB Details

This high performance Worth Data Industrial laser scanner utilizes a high quality laser scan engine with improved optics and has the high speed Worth Data WDP bar code decoder built right into the "point-and-shoot" triggered laser gun, so no separate decoder box is needed.

This laser scans 100 times per second until a "good read" occurs, so reading is instantaneous. Data is transmitted to the computer as though it has been keyed.

Bar code types supported include UPC/EAN, UCC-EAN 128, Code 39, Full ASCII Code 39, , Code 128, Codabar, MSI Plessey, GS1 DataBar RSS-14 and RSS Stacked variants, ITF Interleaved 2 of 5, Standard 2 of 5, Bookland EAN, and Code 93. The reader auto discriminates automatically.

This laser features a rugged rubber bumper surrounding the head plus a robust 1.5mm (.060") thick scratch resistant acrylic exit window, and it comes with a 3 year manufacturers warranty.

The LZ365-USB distinguishes itself by having a greater depth of field - 12" (31cm) on 100% EAN, reads very high density bar codes with 2.7 mil (.0027" - .069mm) narrow bars, and has a 3 year warranty. The LZ365-USB is only £190 / €209 including a USB cable and a wall/desk mount.
